Happy 2nd Birthday Charity Shop!

Many congratulations to Maureen Quinn and her team of volunteers at the Adopt-A-Child Charity Shop in Markethill in Northern Ireland who celebrated two years in business last weekend!  Their birthday coincided with the annual Markethill Fair Day and the shop had a very busy day, raising over £500 and also winning first prize of £50 in the ‘Best Dressed Window’ competition with a farmyard theme – the icing on the cake!  In total the shop has raised around £55,000 in its two years in business.  What an achievement!   Very well done to all those who have donated and helped out at the shop.
